Multi-Source Fiber

I saw a fiber product on the shelf at store the other day and it was $9.79. I picked it up and flipped it over to look at the ingredient list, and not surprisingly, there was only one source of fiber, Psyllium Husk. Other ingredients included aspartame, artificial flavor and Yellow No. 6. This is exactly why I made my own fiber supplement a few years ago. Now many of my patients and followers use it too. It mimics a natural diet, getting fiber from various different sources, so that you actually reap the health benefits of eating more fiber. And yes, you should absolutely be getting the most fiber from your diet itself. Avocados, beans, raspberries, etc. But the medical studies I've read show increased benefits from fiber up to 25+ grams per day in women our age. That's a lot of fiber. I take fiber to help with my blood sugar and digestive health. Read more at https://thepauselife.com/products/fiber-gdx
