When you pay: Solo drivers pay a dynamic fee ($0.25 to $8.00) only during weekday peak hours (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

How to pay: You must open a prepaid account (minimum $25 balance) and mount an E-ZPass Minnesota transponder on your windshield. If you carpool, use a switchable Flex transponder set to the HOV position so you are not charged. Out-of-state E-ZPass tags also work, but they cannot switch to HOV mode.
