Grow a skincare brand on Shopify — with real ownership. Kleem Organics is hiring a DTC Growth / Performance Manager. • Fully remote, part-time: 15–20 hours/week • 2+ years of hands-on DTC / Shopify growth experience • Personally managed $30K+/month in paid media • Strong Meta Ads, CRO and UGC / creator-testing experience • English B2+; skincare / supplements experience strongly preferred Own the funnel from creative and acquisition to conversion, retention and profit.
