One thing I’ve learnt since moving into fractional work is that your reputation often reaches the room before you do. This email is a good example 👇 Someone had seen enough of my work to recognise where I might be useful and felt comfortable putting my name forward 🙏 (I’m very grateful) When the call took place, I wasn’t arriving as a complete stranger. There was already a reason for speaking and a level of confidence that I had done nothing in that particular conversation to earn. This was a humbling reminder that you do not always see the effect of the relationships you build. Sometimes, it shows up when people mention your name in rooms you are not in. #Gratitude #Fractional
