@SceneEats #EatsAd: Impact Holding chairman Ahmed El Hazek and Impact Hospitality Group CEO Aly Hamada have officially announced a new partnership with Chef Reif Othman, the trailblazing Singaporean chef behind the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded REIF Japanese Kushiyaki in Dubai, to bring three more of his culinary concepts from Dubai to Cairo in 2027. It's three new brands, but six new culinary stories in total: opening with two branches each, all of KEE, CRISP, and SIO Ramen House will make their Egypt debut under this new partnership. KEE, which is most spiritually similar to REIF, is an upscale Chinese dining destination centered around the boldness of its flavors, served in dishes that are still meant to hit an upscale note. Meanwhile, CRISP has the down-to-earth makings of a new bakery obsession, with buttery, flaky pastries created fresh every morning. Leaning on the comfort offered in its bowls, SIO Ramen House sits somewhere in the middle of these two experiences. These brands will add to Impact Holding's portfolio in Egypt, which already includes the laid-back luxury boutique destination Casa Cook North Coast as well as Scalini Hacienda White. Since 2022, Chef Reif Othman's REIF Kushiyaki in Dubai has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand, a distinction which recognizes restaurants serving high-quality food at a great value.
