I never left the terminal. Neovim has been my editor for four years. Every time I try a bloated GUI IDE, I'm back in it within a week. But agentic coding was different. It was slow, clunky, and too much of the work happened somewhere I couldn't see. So I built three Neovim plugins to make agents fit the workflow I already use: https://lnkd.in/geDPxScv - Runs the agent in a floating terminal that's already warm. Toggle it on and it's ready, no waiting for a shell to start. https://lnkd.in/gJncNFzx - Shows agent edits directly in the file you're reading. Red and green changes appear live and stay visible until you save. https://lnkd.in/gb_DwDFY - Lets you comment on the lines you disagree with and send the feedback straight back to the agent, without waiting for a PR. The goal isn't to turn Neovim into a GUI IDE. It's to make agentic coding feel native to the terminal. Would love to know what other blazing fast workflows people have been using
