What does succession planning actually look like inside a software company — not the framework version, but when leadership really changes hands?

What does succession planning actually look like inside a software company — not the framework version, but when leadership really changes hands? Join us October 28th for a live conversation with: Kevin Bradley, CEO at Vencora, who joined Wellington IT as a sales executive in 2003 and was appointed to run the business eleven years later, when its founders decided to sell after three decades. It was his first time leading a company, and he went on to deliver record results in each of the next three years. Andrew Nelson, Portfolio Manager at Omegro, who became the first Managing Director of Gaina Software when Wellington's drinks software division was carved out into its own business. Before moving on, he focused on making sure Gaina could operate without him and ultimately handed leadership to a successor who had grown through the business. Ian Glenn, Group Leader at Vencora, who joined Wellington IT in 2018 and went from Head of Development to CTO to CEO in under four years. When he passed the business to his successor in 2025, the move had been planned far enough ahead that credit union customers kept dealing with the same people throughout. 👉 Seats are limited — register now: https://lnkd.in/gjEFs_yK #SuccessionPlanning #Leadership #Webinar #Entrepreneurship #Software #ForeverInvested
