The internet made us try it… 👀🍜❤️‍🔥 The viral crunchy noodles + Flamin’ Hot Cheetos combo is here! Ingredients: 30 g Cheetos 250 g noodles 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder Salt 1 cucumber 4 sprigs coriander (cilantro) 3 sprigs mint 3 tbsp sliced almonds 3 tbsp roasted salted peanuts 1 lime 2 tbsp soy sauce Preparation: 1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt according to the package instructions. 2. Drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water to cool. 3. Transfer the noodles to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with Chinese five-spice powder, season lightly with salt, and toss well to coat. 4. Spread the noodles in an even layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until the noodles are golden brown and crispy. Toss them once halfway through cooking. 6. Cut the cucumber into thin, diagonal batons about finger-length. 7. Roughly chop the coriander and mint. 8. Toast the almonds and peanuts in the oven or an air fryer for 4–5 minutes, then roughly chop them. 9. Blitz the Cheetos in a food processor until they become fine crumbs. 10. Mix the Cheetos crumbs with the soy sauce, finely grated lime zest, and lime juice. 11. Place the crispy baked noodles in a large serving bowl. 12. Add the cucumber, coriander, mint, almonds, and peanuts. 13. Toss everything together with the Cheetos-lime seasoning mixture. 14. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve. #cheetosrecipe #Viralrecipes #Cheetosnoodles #FLVR
