I bought it to find the catch.

I've been machine embroidering for fifteen years, and for fifteen years I paid for designs one at a time, four or five dollars each, and threw away half of them because they puckered on linen or broke my thread in the middle of a run. So when I saw a library of 3,000 designs for $19.99, I assumed it was junk. I bought it for one reason: to find the catch and warn the ladies in my group before they wasted their money. I stitched out a floral wreath on linen first, because that is where bad files show. It laid flat. Then a monogram alphabet, a baby design and a Christmas one, and I checked the density, the underlay and the sizing on every one of them. Same thing every time: whoever digitized these actually embroiders. That's The Embroidery Vault: 3,000+ machine-tested designs in every format your machine reads, monograms, alphabets, florals, holidays, kids and pets, plus a commercial license so you can sell what you make. It's listed at $397, and right now it's $19.99, one time, lifetime access, no subscription. I didn't find the catch. I sent the link to my group instead.
