ElevenLabs Is A/B-Testing Four Products Across Ten Countries at Once
8 Oct 2026
A Sustained Campaign, Not a Blitz
Every case study in this series so far has been a one-day flood: hundreds of ads uploaded in a single window, each sighted almost exactly once, then silence. ElevenLabs' Instagram campaign (page ID 51315501951, linking to start.elevenlabs.io) is the opposite shape. It's been running continuously since 16 September 2026, with 64 new ads in just the last 7 days on top of 190 logged overall — a real, sustained re-serving pattern, not a single mass upload.
Four Pitches Running at Once
Rather than one message at scale, the creative splits across at least four distinct product pitches running concurrently: conversational voice agents for call centers and lead response, speech-to-text transcription, voice cloning, and — newest of all — a general AI video-generation product positioned directly against Veo, Sora and Seedance. 107 of the 190 ads are video, 83 are image.

That second ad is doing two jobs at once: introducing a brand-new product category for the company, and borrowing credibility by naming specific well-known people as users. Other ads in the same batch claim "Ranked #1 by Artificial Analysis" and "Join 7,500,000+ creators & brands" — a consistently social-proof-heavy style across every product line, not just the newest one.
Ten Countries, Inconsistent Localization
Sightings span at least 10 countries — Brazil (434 of 673), Morocco, Turkey, the UAE, France, India, Poland, Argentina, the US and Portugal — a genuinely global spread compared to the single-market campaigns this series has covered before. Some of the creative is properly localized to where it appears: Portuguese copy in Brazil, Spanish copy in Colombia. But not all of it is.

That's a German-language ad landing in front of a Brazilian viewer, and it's not an isolated case — the English-language voice-agent ads above were sighted in Turkey, Argentina and the Dominican Republic, none of them English-first markets. The simplest explanation is that ElevenLabs is targeting by audience segment (job role, interest, behavior) rather than locking creative language to country, and the language mismatch is just a visible side effect — not necessarily a mistake, but a real seam in how the campaign is actually reaching people versus how its copy assumes they'll read it.
A Different Kind of Advertiser
The pattern here is genuinely different from the rest of this series: not a flood-and-disappear dropshipping account or an affiliate network running one urgency script across a catalog, but a well-resourced company running several real product narratives in parallel, continuously, across a wide country spread — closer to classic multivariate ad testing than to volume-over-targeting. The social-proof formula stays constant even as the product being sold changes underneath it, and the broad, segment-based targeting means the same company can look, from inside any one country, like it's running a perfectly localized campaign — or an oddly mismatched one — depending on which ad you happen to see.
